ABOUT US

Our Values

Aroha Love is essential in the early years. Through love, kindness and respect — children flourish. We ensure that our interactions and environment allow children to practise and share these lifelong skills.

Māhirahira Curiosity lies at the heart of children’s learning. We strive to provide an environment that promotes opportunities for children to explore, wonder, discover and understand their world.

Whanaungatanga • Relationships are key for our centre. We are committed to consciously growing respectful and loving relationships for both children and staff.

Te Ako • Learning is based on play. Our skilled teachers use their strong relationships with children to ensure learning is fun, inclusive and is developmentally appropriate.

Kaitiakitanga Sustainability is a big part of what we do here. Daily centre rituals support children’s learning when caring for papatūānuku (the land), and encourages them to look after their planet for future generations.

Our Approach

Our approach is to provide families with a service that is an extension of their own family. We pride ourselves in providing your child with the highest quality care and education. We embrace children’s cultural identities and support them to find their Turangawaewae. We also acknowledge the cultural heritage of Aotearoa, New Zealand, and acknowledge Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Māori as Tangata Whenua.

Our Mission

To deliver a high-quality learning environment for every child, making them feel safe, secure and loved so they can confidently engage in their learning environment and become lifelong learners.
